VINNAPAS SMARGO 814 25/1 (MEDIUM FLEXIBLE)

VINNAPAS SMARGO 814 25/1 is a standard water-redispersible polymer powder developed to provide basic adhesive strength on organic and inorganic surfaces. Based on vinyl acetate and ethylene copolymer, this product is designed to improve the performance of mortars in the construction industry. When mixed with water, the product forms a stable dispersion, improving the workability and final durability of the mortar.

Product Features and Advantages

Mortars modified with this polymer powder exhibit improved adhesive strength, flexural strength, deformability, and abrasion resistance. Leveling, thixotropy, and water retention properties are largely unaffected, making it ideal for combination with other additives. VINNAPAS SMARGO 814 25/1 contains a fine mineral filler to prevent blocking; it does not contain organic solvents, plasticizers, or film-forming agents.

Application Areas

VINNAPAS SMARGO 814 25/1 is particularly recommended for the following construction applications:

• External Thermal Insulation Composite Systems (ETICS): Suitable for use in standard adhesive and render mortars.
• Tile Adhesives: Used in the production of C1 class standard tile adhesives according to ISO 13007 standard.

Storage and Handling

The product should be stored in a cool (<25°C) environment, away from moisture and pressure. It is recommended to consume within 6 months from the date of delivery. During the mixing process, excessive temperature rise should not be allowed to prevent clumping due to the thermoplastic nature of the product. Although mixtures with hydraulic binders and fillers show better storage stability, they should be protected from moisture.
