VINNAPAS® 5023 L 25/1 (SELF LEVELING)

VINNAPAS® 5023 L 25/1 is a hard copolymer dispersion powder based on vinyl acetate and ethylene, specifically formulated for self-leveling underlayments (SLU) and leveling compounds. Belonging to the VINNAPAS® L product class, this polymer stabilizes fresh mortar while optimizing its leveling and surface properties. In cured mortars, it significantly increases adhesive strength, flexural strength, and abrasion resistance.

Processing and Storage

During dry mortar production, VINNAPAS® 5023 L 25/1 should be mixed with other dry components in suitable equipment. Excessive temperature increase during mixing must be avoided, as it can lead to clumping due to the thermoplastic nature of the polymer. The product is sensitive to moisture; it should be stored in cool, dry environments below 30°C, and opened packages must be tightly sealed. Under appropriate conditions, the shelf life is 6 months from the date of delivery.
