VINNAPAS® 8034 H 25/1 (HIGH WATER REPELLENT)

VINNAPAS® 8034 H 25/1 is a dispersible polymer powder with extremely strong hydrophobic (water-repellent) properties, specially formulated for dry-mix mortars. As a flexible terpolymer of vinyl chloride, ethylene, and vinyl laurate, this product is an ideal binder and water-repellent agent, especially for tile grouts, renders, and skim coats. As a member of the VINNAPAS® H product class, it imparts excellent adhesion strength to mortars, as well as significant water impermeability.

Processing and Storage

VINNAPAS® 8034 H 25/1 should be mixed with other dry components using appropriate equipment in the production of ready-mix dry mortars. Excessive temperature increase during mixing should be avoided, as it can lead to agglomeration of the thermoplastic powder. When preparing the mortar with water, it is recommended to let the fresh mortar rest (slake) for approximately 5 minutes and then re-mix it. The product is sensitive to moisture; it should be stored in a cool (below 30°C) and dry environment, without being subjected to pressure.
