ECODIS P90

ECODIS P90 is a high-performance dispersing agent based on a polyacrylate ammonium salt, specifically developed to ensure the excellent dispersion of very fine calcium carbonate and inorganic pigments in water-based systems. It prevents agglomeration and provides superior viscosity stability in systems with high solid contents and high P.V.C. (Pigment Volume Concentration) values where traditional inorganic dispersants are insufficient.

Areas of Application and Application Method

It is widely preferred primarily in water-based dispersion paints, as well as in adhesives and wallpaper pastes. For optimal results, ECODIS P90 must be added to the water before the introduction of pigments and fillers into the system. It is recommended to be used at an active substance ratio of 0.1% to 0.5% based on the total weight of pigments and fillers. The ideal dispersion process occurs within a pH range of 7.5 to 9.5.

Storage and Packaging

The product must be protected from the adverse effects of weather conditions and stored at temperatures between 5°C and 40°C. Once opened, the packaging must be tightly sealed immediately to prevent drying. When stored under appropriate conditions, the shelf life is 12 months from delivery. Minor pH decreases that may occur over time can be easily balanced with the addition of a small amount of ammonium hydroxide.
