WS 360 DEFOAMER

WS 360 is a new generation silicone-free defoamer emulsion based on ester derivatives and hydrophobic components, specifically formulated for water-based paints and coatings. This product effectively controls foam generated during production and application while supporting sustainable production processes with its environmentally friendly structure, biodegradable properties, and zero VOC content. It contributes to the formation of an excellent film layer by preventing surface defects such as fish eyes.

Application Areas

WS 360 is safely used in the production of decorative paints, architectural coatings, plasters, water-based adhesives, emulsion polymerization, inks, and resin emulsions (vinyl, acrylic, etc.). It is an ideal solution for gloss, semi-gloss, high PVC paints, and textured paints.

Usage Instructions and Storage

The recommended usage rate is between 0.1% and 0.3% of the total formulation weight (maximum 1%). For optimal performance, it is recommended to be added in two portions, during the pigment dispersion and let-down stages, although it can also be added at the end of the production process. The product is stable for at least 12 months from the date of manufacture when stored in its original packaging in a cool and dry place between +5°C and +35°C.
