Usage and Dosage Recommendations

DEFOAMER ROMIS FA 310 should be used directly in its commercial form. It can be added at any stage of production. For best results in dispersion paint production, it is recommended to add 2/3 of the dosage during the pigment grinding (pasting) stage, and the remaining portion during the let-down (equalization) stage or to the finished product. The general usage rate is between 0.1% and 0.5% based on the total formulation weight.

Storage and Shelf Life

It should be stored in its original, tightly closed packaging, protected from direct sunlight, at temperatures between 5°C and 30°C. The shelf life is 12 months from the production date. If separation is observed during storage, the product can be stirred and reused without loss of performance.
